Terms and conditions

2. Subject of the contract

The service provider offers, on the website menofit.hu, online lifestyle consultations, pre-recorded video online courses, a webinar, and freely downloadable informational materials. Personal services (bioresonance assessment, Access Bars) are arranged by phone.

The services are informational and lifestyle-supportive in nature. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy, and do not replace the opinion of your treating physician. In case of illness, consult a doctor.

3. Fees

• Get-to-know call (15 minutes): free.
• Personalised MenoFit consultation (60 minutes): 20,000 Ft. Booking requires a 5000 Ft booking fee, which counts towards the full price of the consultation and is therefore not an extra cost.
• MenoFit 90 course package (7 courses): 39 900 Ft, which grants 90 days of access. The courses build on each other and cannot be purchased separately.
• Bioresonance assessment: 30,000 Ft. Access Bars treatment: 15,000 Ft.

The service provider is exempt from VAT; prices include the total amount payable. No call-out fee is charged.

4. Booking and payment

• Consultations can be booked Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00, in one-hour slots, with the last slot starting at 19:00.
• Not bookable: Saturdays, Sundays, and January 1, March 15, August 20, November 1, December 24–26, and December 31.
• A time slot can be booked at least 72 hours before the consultation.
• The service provider approves incoming requests. The booking becomes final only with the approval e-mail; there is no automatic confirmation.
• Online payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The service provider never sees or stores your card details.
• The consultation takes place on Google Meet; the entry link is included in the confirmation.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling

• If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, the booking fee is refunded.
• If you cancel within 48 hours or don't show up, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• A new time slot requested after cancelling more than 48 hours in advance counts as a new booking; the previous booking fee is refunded by the service provider.
• If the service provider is prevented from holding the consultation, a new time is offered, or the fee paid is refunded in full.

6. Digital content, access

The courses and the webinar are pre-recorded video content, to which the buyer receives personal, non-transferable access for the specified period. Downloading, recording, sharing, forwarding, and public use of the content is not permitted.

7. Right of withdrawal

8. Data processing

Details of personal data processing are contained in the privacy policy.

9. Complaint handling

Complaints can be submitted using the contact details above. Complaints are investigated within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may turn to the conciliation board or the consumer protection authority; details are in the legal notice.

10. Miscellaneous

Hungarian law governs the contract. The service provider reserves the right to modify these terms; modifications take effect upon publication and do not affect contracts already concluded.
