Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal

Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), a buyer qualifying as a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For services, the period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

When can the right of withdrawal not be exercised?

• If the provision of the service started within the 14-day period at the buyer's express request and was completed, the right of withdrawal ceases after performance.
• For digital content (online course, webinar), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if performance started with the buyer's prior express consent and the buyer acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal as a result. Performance begins once access is granted.
• For consultations, the booking fee is governed by the booking policy: if you cancel within 48 hours or don't show up, the fee is non-refundable.

How to withdraw

Write a clear statement by e-mail to info@menofit.hu. It is enough to provide your name, the date of the order, the name of the service, and a statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.

Refund

In case of lawful withdrawal, I refund the amount paid within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method that was used for the payment. If the provision of the service had already started at your request, a fee proportionate to the service provided may be charged.
