About me
A woman's reset
I believe that the female body doesn't "break down" during menopause – it simply starts working differently. And once we understand this, we don't have to fight it, but learn to work together with it.
As a child I wanted to be a doctor. Even then I was fascinated by the intelligence of the human body, the laws of nature and the harmony in how everything connects with everything else. Although I didn't end up on the medical path, my commitment to nature and health has stayed with me throughout my life.
I graduated as an environmental management agricultural engineer, and later as a food industry engineer, after which life – through many experiences and turns – eventually led me back to what I now consider my true calling.
A family illness became the turning point that set me back on the path of healing. I first immersed myself in the world of Jikiden Reiki, then officially became a naturopath: I completed state-recognized training, passed a professional exam in phytotherapy, and later also qualified as an applied nutrition counselor with Ákos Bartha and his team.
In understanding and supporting menopause, women's hormonal balance and midlife changes, I gained deeper professional knowledge among others from Dr. Zita Csomai, a well-known physician-naturopath.
Today I work as a naturopathic phytotherapist and applied nutrition counselor to help women experience menopause not as a loss, but as a new, more conscious stage of life – with more balance, energy and confidence.

A woman's reset
I know from my own experience what it is like to reset the body as a woman after 40–50. I have lived a conscious, health-focused lifestyle for nearly 25 years, and during this time I have tried many methods and approaches – not only learning about them but living them myself. What I share today has been shaped by my own path and by the stories of the women who have come to me.
This is how the practical, woman-focused professional protocol was born, one that is not built on restrictions and suffering, but on taking hormonal changes into account and supporting the body. Because during menopause we don't need to eat less – we need to eat differently. We don't need to push ourselves harder – we need to be smarter.
In my work I lead consultations, programs and trainings, give talks, and run a Vitality Club. I believe that with the right knowledge and support, women are able to take back control over their bodies and their health.
I don't promise a quick miracle. But I believe in clear explanations, personalized support and lasting change – even during menopause.
If you're here now, it's not by chance.
If you'd like to feel good in your body again, I'm happy to accompany you on this journey.
